CD45 IN CUTANEOUS MELANOMA CELLS AS A MANIFESTATION OF TUMOR ATYPIA
Abstract
The expression of CD45 (hemopoietic cell marker) in cutaneous melanoma cells was studied in 96 patients (40 men and 56 women). The expression was detected in 17.5% patients, mainly with Clark’s tumor invasion levels IV and V and Breslow’s thickness of the tumor 3.7±1.09 mm. Data on the relationship between this marker’s expression and clinical morphological characteristics of the disease are presented. The differential diagnosis of cutaneous melanoma is discussed.

ACQUIRED PROGRESSIVE SUPERFICIAL UNILATERAL NEVOID TELANGIECTASIA
Abstract
A clinical case with a rare vascular disease of skin is presented: unilateral nevoid progressive telangiectasia in a female patient aged 30. The dermatoscopic picture of skin changes was characterized by extension of the capillary network without signs of follicular hyperkeratosis and atrophy, which allowed ruling out discoid lupus erythematosis, previously suspected in the patient. A brief review of the relevant publications is presented and problems in the differential diagnosis of this disease are discussed.

THERAPY OF BULLOUS EPIDERMOLYSIS
Abstract
The authors review the therapeutic approaches to bullous epidermolysis, used previously and assumed ineffective today (anticollagenase drug diphenin, alpha-tocopherol acetate, antibiotics). Modern approaches to therapy are presented: wound dressing materials, ointments, bioplastic material with a high regeneration potential. Prospects for therapy of bullous epidermolysis are outlined (cell, protein, and gene therapies).
