Abstract
The paper describes a case of concurrence of Ota's nevus and ipsilateral melanosis of the conjunctiva with multiple primary malignancy: ipsilaperal melanoma of the chorioidea of the left eye (T4a/bN0M0) and urinary bladder cancer (T3a/bN0M0) in a 66-year-old woman.

Ekspressiya vnutrikletochnogo belka TsRO pri limfoproliferativnykh zabolevaniyakh kozhi
Abstract
The expression of the intracellular protein TsPO involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis, and steroid hormone synthesis was studied in lymphocytic neoplasms of the skin. The level of TsPO was found to be higher in mycosis fungoides than that in benign lymphoproliferative diseases, which may be used to optimize the early diagnosis of malignant lymphomas of the skin.

Sluchay generalizovannoy formy bolezni Kheyli-Kheyli, assotsiirovannoy s adenomoy-mielolipomoy nadpochechnika
Abstract
The paper describes a case of generalized Hailey-Hailey disease associated with adrenal adenoma-myelolipoma in a 38-year-old woman. Erythematous-squamatous, vesicular eruptions on the skin of the abdomen and lower extremities first appeared at the age of 30 years. Concurrently with skin eruptions, there was periodically occurring headache and extremity pains, episodes of blood pressure elevation, weight gain, and multiple spontaneous bone fractures. When the patient was 37 years old, she was diagnosed as having a mixed adrenal tumor (adenoma-myelolipoma). Endoscopic retroperitoneal adrenalectomy was carried out. Within the following 2 months after surgery, skin eruptions took generalized forms with natural folds being involved in the pathological process. The investigators identified the gene (ATP2C1) responsible for the occurrence of Hailey-Hailey disease. The above gene encodes Ca2+-transport ATPase (SPCA1) that is synthesized by the tissue cells of all organs. These findings suggest that ATP2C1 gene mutation may result in the development of an extracutaneous pathological phenotype, for example, in visceral lesions and/or tumor development, which is seen in severe cases of Hailey-Hailey disease. To support or disprove the above assumption needs further collection of information on the similar document-based notified clinical cases.

Vliyanie kumulyativnogo effekta ul'trafioletovogo izlucheniya na razvitie patologii kozhi glaz
Abstract
The authors analyze the cumulative impact of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on the developmental processes of precancer and cancer dermatoses and pathology of the organs of vision in patients who are highly sensitive to UV irradiation (Fitzpatrick skin phototype I-III). They give their own data of the clinical and morphological monitoring of 50 patients with various precancer and cancer dermatoses (solar lentigo, actinic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma) who have been found to have pathology of the organs of vision that is also associated with the cumulative impact of UV radiation (pterygium, macular dystrophy, cataract, dry eye syndrome).

Tireoidnyy status u bol'nykh leproy i vliyanie na nego dapsona
Abstract
The authors studied the levels of triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine, and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) by radioimmunoassay in 176 patients with lepromatous leprosy at different developmental stages of the process and iodine exchange by whole-body radiometry in 47 patients with this condition; the similar indices were examined in 44 apparently healthy individuals. There was a considerable reduction in the body content of organic iodine, suggesting tissue thyroid hormone deficiencies in both the active phases of leprosy and the regression stage. The observed substantial T3 and TSH elevations in the same contingent of patients are likely to be a compensatory and homeostatic response. The anti-leprosy drug dapsone that significantly diminishes permeability of the thyroid tissue-blood barrier to thymidine (an experiment on 20 sexually mature albino rats) is one of the factors aggravating the above deficiency.

Osobennosti atopicheskogo dermatita u zhenshchin v pregravidarnyy period
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is characterized by the specific features of clinical manifestations in both different age groups (infants, schoolchildren, adolescents) and various conditions (puberty, pregnancy). The studies show that the good course of pregnancy in women with AD is observed provided that they have had pregravid preparation (few years before planned pregnancy). The paper describes the specific features of clinical manifestations of AD in women at the onset of pregnancy, the dermatotopography of the foci of a skin lesion (including hyperemia and madescence in the areas of the areolas, neck, hands, etc.), and systemic and topical therapy policy. The results of 25- and 40-year follow-ups have made it possible to change the viewpoint of the leading role of hereditary predisposition to AD and to emphasize the importance of perinatal pathology. Investigations in this area are promising.

Kliniko-immunologicheskie izmeneniya pri lechenii psoriaza infliksimabom
Abstract
The paper shows the clinical picture of psoriatic lesion of the skin, joints and immunological parameters in 15 patients treated with infliximab. Clinical indices and immunological parameters were statistically analyzed. A correlation was found between clinical improvement and changes in neutrophil cytoplasmic and membrane antibodies.

Sovremennye predstavleniya o kozhnykh paraneoplasticheskikh zabolevaniyakh i sindromakh
Abstract
The paper presents the data available in the literature on the clinical and epidemiological aspects of paraneoplastic dermatoses, the detection of which allows the diagnosis of visceral cancer processes, which promotes adequate therapy at the early stages of a tumor. The classification, clinical features, and incidence of neoplasias and their diagnostic criteria are considered.

Krasnyy ploskiy lishay: perspektivy novogo podkhoda k terapii i prognozu
Abstract
The paper analyzes the currently available data on the interaction between the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems in patients with lichen rubber planus (LRP). It provides evidence for that it is expedient to develop methods that permit a reliable and valid assessment of the neuroimmunological component of the pathogenesis of LRP. The findings may be further used to develop therapeutic options for this condition.

Faktory riska zarazheniya infektsiyami, peredavaemymi polovym putem, po dannym uchrezhdeniy venerologicheskogo profilya
Abstract
The epidemiological situation established in Russia makes it necessary to elaborate and implement innovative complex programs for the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STI) in the increased behavioral risk groups. STI contamination considerably increases the probability of HIV transmission therefore interventions for the prevention of STI may be simultaneously considered as the potentially successful strategies of HIV infections. The authors conducted a pilot study among the visitors of venereological facilities within the framework of preparation for developing and making a behavioral intervention to reduce a risk for STI, including HIV. The main objective of the investigation was to study the specific features of sexual behavior among the persons who sought venereological advice and were at risk for sexually HIV contamination.

Abstract
The paper provides the results of a microhemodynamic study by laser Doppler flowmetry of the scalp in 76 patients with diffuse alopecia. This technique has enabled the authors to confirm regulatory disorders in the microcirculatory system and to detect a certain impaired factor of vascular tone regulation.
