详细
This work is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the structure, functioning and biological significance of receptors in cellular signaling. The fundamental principles of receptor operation are considered, including classification, mechanisms of interaction with ligand molecules and the influence of external and internal factors on their activity. The main groups of receptors are described in detail: ionic, metabotropic and nuclear, as well as their molecular features and mechanisms of signal transmission inside the cell, when interacting with synthetic derivatives of vitamin A.
Particular attention is paid to the processes of activation and desensitization of receptors, which play a key role in the regulation of physiological processes. The molecular mechanisms of receptor function are discussed, including conformational changes, phosphorylation, and interaction with intracellular signaling proteins.
