Американская модель страхования инвестиций в развитие от политических рисков: траектория трансформации

Аннотация

В статье исследуется процесс трансформации американской модели страхования инвестиций в развитие от политических рисков. Изучен актуальный нормативный контекст применения США данного инструмента, сложившийся в 2018 году. Сопоставлены количественные параметры страховой деятельности Американской корпорации финансирования международного развития (АКФМР) в 2020–2024 фин. годы и её предшественницы – Корпорации зарубежных частных инвестиций – в 2015–2019 фин. годы. Выявлены и объяснены ключевые изменения в масштабах и географических приоритетах страхования. Раскрыто содержание дебатов вокруг продления срока работы АКФМР, промежуточным итогом которых стало закрепление тренда на секьюритизацию сферы поддержки инвестиций в развитие, включая страхование политических рисков.
