Аннотация

В условиях сокращения американского военного присутствия на Ближнем и Среднем Востоке в последние годы официальный Вашингтон сталкивается с ослаблением своего политического влияния в регионе. Одновременно всё более активную роль там играют такие противники США, как Иран, Китай и Россия. В сложившейся ситуации американское военно-политическое руководство делает ставку, с одной стороны, на развитие партнёрских и союзнических связей со странами Ближнего и Среднего Востока, а с другой - на развитие новейших средств вооружённой борьбы, включая беспилотные воздушные, морские и наземные аппараты.
