Resumo

At the moment, the regional leaders of the Arab East, among the most financially secure, are actively pursuing a policy to increase their capabilities in the field of modern technologies. The United States, being at the forefront of the development and implementation of technological innovations of various types and properties, is of significant interest to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The House of Saudis is struggling to diversify the national economy, which is heavily dependent on oil, in an effort to find a new one the quality of the state's development in the technological, economic and socio-cultural spheres of life, through the implementation of the VISION 2030 strategy, relying on broad cooperation with the most advanced corporations in the United States.
