Соперничество между США и Китаем на Ближнем Востоке: последствия для региональной и глобальной политики

Аннотация

Недавнее соглашение между Саудовской Аравией и Ираном о восстановлении дипломатических отношений стало событием, изменившим правила игры в динамике безопасности в регионе Ближнего Востока. Тот факт, что это соглашение было заключено под эгидой Пекина, показал, что дипломатическая модель Китая для региона может быть более эффективной, чем модель США, и потенциально может привести в этом стратегически важном регионе к смене лидерства великих держав. В статье исследуется текущее состояние регионального американо-китайского соперничества, рассматриваются основные направления политики США и Китая по усилению своего влияния, анализируются актуальные аспекты в политике обеих стран в отношении государств Персидского залива, в том числе в сфере обеспечения безопасности. Обосновывается, что Ближний Восток становится важной зоной глобального соперничества США и КНР. Вашингтон уже не в состоянии продолжать поддерживать многолетний американский порядок без учета интересов конкурирующих держав, прежде всего Китая. Сделано заключение, что, хотя Соединённые Штаты остаются важным внешним игроком на Ближнем Востоке, в ближайшие годы роль Китая в этом регионе будет возрастать.
