Кальципотриол в терапии различных дерматозов.

Аннотация

Кальципотриол (кальципотриен) – синтетический аналог витамина D3, который используется при лечении псориаза. Кальципотриол приводит к снижению пролиферации кератиноцитов и ускорению их морфологической дифференциации, а также обладает важными иммуносупрессорными функциями. Благодаря своему механизму действия, становится актуальным применение кальципотриола при лечении широкого спектра заболеваний, таких как актинический кератоз, витилиго, себорейный кератоз и др.

Материалом для литературного обзора послужили источники научной литературы, индексируемые в международных базах данных Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed и в отечественной базе данных РИНЦ.

Целью исследования является изучение спектра применения кальципотриола при кожных заболеваниях помимо псориаза, а также оценить степень эффективности и длительность удержания клинического эффекта при использовании кальципотриола.

Отбор источников осуществлялся с использованием ключевых слов и словосочетаний: витамин D; кальцитриол; кальципотриол; кальципотриен. Глубина поиска составила 10 лет (2014-2024гг). Поиск иностранных источников по ключевому словосочетанию «кальципотриол» показал 707 публикаций. Для написания литературного обзора были отобраны и использованы 55 источников информации за последнее десятилетие. Проведенный поиск литературных источников показал растущий в мире интерес к проблеме изучения использования кальципотриола при различных дерматозах.
