A number of both global and Russian trends are leading to increased demand for inclusive tourism. The processes of digitalization create additional opportunities and conditions for the inclusion of persons with disabilities among tourists obtaining travel services. The article highlights the advantages of using digital assistive technologies for developing inclusive tourism in modern conditions, as well as the synergistic effects of providing digital and physical accessibility to tourist industry facilities for persons with disabilities. The authors have proposed a system for evaluating tourist destinations based on their physical and digital accessibility for persons with disabilities, which will provide clear and fast identification of objects of the tourist industry.
