A systematic search of scientific publications over the past 20 years was conducted, focusing on various IPL application strategies and their effects on the main pathogenic mechanisms of acne. The role of IPL in modulating the skin microbiome and immune response is noted. Evidence is presented confirming the effectiveness of IPL both as monotherapy and in combination with systemic and topical medications. The authors’ own clinical experience in using a combination treatment method for the papulopustular form of mild-to-moderate acne in 28 women aged 18 to 45 years, involving a fixed-dose combination drug (adapalene and benzoyl peroxide) along with phototherapy using broad-spectrum non-coherent light (wavelength range 400–1200 nm), demonstrated a significant reduction in the total dermatological symptom severity index by 82.8% and an improvement in the dermatology life quality index by 80.5%, indicating high efficacy and good tolerability of the therapy.</p> <p>The conducted analytical research and clinical experience support the feasibility of combining IPL with systemic and topical therapies for acne treatment and underscore the need for further research aimed at optimizing acne therapy and developing standardized practical guidelines.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Высокоэнергетические методы лечения акне, в частности широкополосный импульсный свет (IPL), становятся всё более популярными в дерматологии и эстетической медицине.</p> <p>В обзоре выполнен анализ данных о применении IPL в терапии акне. Проведён систематический поиск научных публикаций за последние 20 лет, посвящённых различным стратегиям использования IPL, а также их влиянию на основные патогенетические механизмы акне. Отмечена роль IPL в модуляции кожного микробиома и иммунного ответа. Представлены данные, подтверждающие эффективность IPL как в качестве монотерапии, так и в комбинации с лекарственными системными и топическими препаратами. Результаты собственного клинического опыта применения комбинированного метода лечения папуло-пустулёзной формы акне лёгкой и средней степени тяжести у 28 женщин в возрасте от 18 до 45 лет препаратом фиксированной комбинации (адапален и бензоила пероксид) в сочетании с фотолечением широкополосным некогерентным светом (длина волны 400–1200 нм) показали значительное снижение суммарного дерматологического индекса шкалы симптомов на 82,8% и улучшение дерматологического индекса качества жизни на 80,5%, что свидетельствует о высокой эффективности и хорошей переносимости проводимой терапии.</p> <p>Проведённая поисково-аналитическая работа и собственный клинический опыт подтверждают целесообразность комбинации IPL с системной и топической терапией при лечении акне и требуют дальнейших исследований с целью оптимизации терапии акне и выработки стандартизированных практических рекомендаций.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acne</kwd><kwd>benzoyl peroxide</kwd><kwd>adapalene</kwd><kwd>fixed-dose combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapalene</kwd><kwd>IPL therapy</kwd><kwd>intense pulsed light</kwd><kwd>isotretinoin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>акне</kwd><kwd>бензоила пероксид</kwd><kwd>адапален</kwd><kwd>фиксированная комбинация бензоила пероксида и адапалена</kwd><kwd>IPL-терапия</kwd><kwd>импульсный свет</kwd><kwd>изотретиноин</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Tuchayi SM, Makrantonaki E, Ganceviciene R, et al.
