The review examines the role of vitamins and micronutrients in the pathogenesis of vitiligo and possible comprehensive approaches to treatment taking into account these elements.</p> <p>Aim: to evaluate the effect of vitamins and micronutrients on the course and development of vitiligo, and also to consider the advisability of their use in the treatment of patients with vitiligo.</p> <p>A literary review of the PubMed, Cochrane Library, CyberLeninka, Clinicaltrial.gov and the Internet databases was conducted to study the role of specific microelements and vitamins involved in metabolic processes in the development of vitiligo disease.</p> <p>Based on literature data, we can conclude that vitiligo by etiopathogenesis refers to multifactorial skin diseases, the final consequences of which is the cessation melanogenesis in certain areas of the skin. In all situations, one of the main factors is a metabolic disorder associated with the endoecology of the body. Vitamins and micronutrients play an important role in the pathogenetic chain of vitiligo. Thus, the introduction of individual micronutrients and vitamins into complex therapy of vitiligo seems extremely relevant and promising.</p>
Таким образом, представляется крайне актуальным и перспективным внедрение в комплексную терапию витилиго отдельных микроэлементов и витаминов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>vitiligo</kwd><kwd>vitamins</kwd><kwd>micronutrients</kwd><kwd>vitiligo therapy</kwd><kwd>vitamin D</kwd><kwd>zinc</kwd><kwd>copper</kwd><kwd>vitamin E</kwd><kwd>vitamin B12</kwd><kwd>folic acid</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>витилиго</kwd><kwd>витамины</kwd><kwd>микроэлементы</kwd><kwd>терапия витилиго</kwd><kwd>витамин D</kwd><kwd>цинк</kwd><kwd>медь</kwd><kwd>витамин Е</kwd><kwd>витамин В12</kwd><kwd>фолиевая кислота</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Kubanov AA, Zhilova MB, Abramova TV.
