The literature was searched in the following databases: PubMed, Scopus, MedLine, Embase, Cochrane, Russian State Library, the Sechenov Central Science Medical Library.</p> <p>It seems extremely relevant and promising to develop a clinical typology of comorbid vitiligo psychosomatic disorders with the development of clinical recommendations for the identification, routing and therapy of an extensive contingent of patients with chronic dermatosis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Активный интерес исследователей к теме витилиго обусловлен как потенциальной возможностью оптимизации терапии хронического дерматоза неизвестной этиологии, так и высокой психосоциальной значимостью проблемы, выходящей за рамки сугубо медицинской сферы.</p> <p>В обзоре рассматриваются психосоматические аспекты витилиго: стрессогенные манифестации, стигматизация и качество жизни больных витилиго, нозогенные (вторичные) и коморбидные витилиго психические расстройства; представлены также комплексные подходы к терапии с учётом психосоматических факторов. Поиск информации проводился в отечественных и международных базах данных научной литературы: PubMed, Scopus, MedLine, Embase, Cochrane, Российская государственная библиотека, Центральная научная медицинская библиотека Первого МГМУ имени И.М.
