Epidemiological and molecular biological data suggest that HPV genus beta can cause the development of a number of epithelial non-melanocytic neoplasms of the skin. However, this relationship has not yet been fully studied. Possibly, human papillomavirus infection should be considered from the perspective of co-carcinogenesis with the cumulative effect of UV irradiation, which is indirectly indicated by the predominant localization of elements in open areas of the skin and the high risks of their malignant transformation.</p>
Возможно, папилломавирусную инфекцию следует рассматривать с позиций коканцерогенеза с кумулятивным эффектом ультрафиолетового облучения, на что косвенно указывают как преимущественная локализация элементов на открытых участках кожи, так и высокие риски их злокачественного перерождения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>specific types of human papilloma virus of the genus beta</kwd><kwd>the cumulative effect of UV radiation</kwd><kwd>photoaging</kwd><kwd>carcinogenesis</kwd><kwd>epithelial non-melanocytic neoplasms of the skin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>специфические типы вируса папилломы человека рода beta</kwd><kwd>кумулятивный эффект УФ-излучения</kwd><kwd>фотостарение</kwd><kwd>коканцерогенез</kwd><kwd>эпителиальные немеланоцитарные новообразования кожи</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Urbach F., et al.
