The article deals with the majority of methods of treating dermatosis with damage to the integrity of the skin from intraocular administration of corticosteroid preparations, immunomodulators to various methods of “surgical” intervention. Also, examples of techniques of micronidling and nidling with tacrolimus in combination with UVB are given. In addition, some data from one of the potentially effective methods in the treatment of this pathology-the use of platelet-enriched plasma are presented.</p>
Кроме того, представлены некоторые данные одного из потенциально эффективных методов в лечении данной патологии - применение обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>vitiligo</kwd><kwd>microniding</kwd><kwd>puncture transplantation</kwd><kwd>transplantation of bubble cover</kwd><kwd>transplantation of cultured autologous melanocytes</kwd><kwd>transplantation of hair follicles</kwd><kwd>transplantation of cultured epidermal grafts</kwd><kwd>a platelet-rich plasma</kwd><kwd>review</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>витилиго</kwd><kwd>микронидлинг</kwd><kwd>пункицонная трансплантация</kwd><kwd>трансплантация покрышек пузырей</kwd><kwd>трансплантация культивированных аутологичных меланоцитов</kwd><kwd>пересадка волосяных фолликулов</kwd><kwd>пересадка культивированных эпидермальных трансплантатов</kwd><kwd>богатая тромбоцитами аутоплазма</kwd><kwd>обзор литературы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Шарафутдинова Л.А., Ломоносов К.М.
