In this article the authors present an update on particular acne skin’s microbioma, on innate immunity in acne and new physiopathology mecanisms described in inflammatory process in acne, and at the end we present in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo studies on the microbioma modulation and microbiofilm of pathogenic ribotypes of P. acnes leading to a significant improvement of acne in a series of 74 acne patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены новые данные о микробиоме кожи с вульгарным акне, врожденном иммунитете при дерматозе и некоторые новые патофизиологические механизмы воспалительного процесса, а также результаты in vitro, ex vivo и in vivo исследований воздействий на молекулярные структуры микробиома и микробиопленки патогенных риботипов P. acnes, приведших к существенному улучшению состояния 74 пациентов с вульгарным акне.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acne</kwd><kwd>the microbiome</kwd><kwd>innate immunity</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>акне</kwd><kwd>микробиом</kwd><kwd>врожденный иммунитет</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Lomholt H.B., Kilian M.
