Cellular mechanisms of hair follicle functioning, role of stem cells in the vital cycle of a hair, and basic effects of growth factors released by platelets are described. The criteria remaining not evaluated within the framework of evidence medicine and in need offurther research are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен обзор литературы по лечению нерубцовых алопеций методом введения богатой тромбоцитами плазмы. Описаны клеточные механизмы функционирования волосяных фолликулов, роль стволовых клеток в жизненном цикле волоса, основные эффекты факторов роста, высвобождаемые тромбоцитами.
