The results indicate that cicatricial deformation of the cervix uteri was one of the factors promoting the formation of pronounced changes in the local immunological tolerance, resulting in relapses of bacterial vaginosis. Reconstructive plasty by stratification after standard conservative therapy is a pathogenetically based strategy of combined treatment for bacterial vaginosis with cicatricial deformation of the cervix uteri.</p>
Показано, что патогенетически обоснованной тактикой комплексного лечения бактериального вагиноза на фоне рубцовой деформации шейки матки является выполнение реконструктивно-пластической операции методом расслоения на фоне стандартной консервативной терапии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bacterial vaginosis</kwd><kwd>cicatricial deformation of cervix uteri</kwd><kwd>endocervicitis</kwd><kwd>immunoglobulins</kwd><kwd>inflammatory cytokines</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бактериальный вагиноз</kwd><kwd>рубцовая деформация шейки матки</kwd><kwd>эндоцервицит</kwd><kwd>иммуноглобулины</kwd><kwd>цитокины воспаления</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Morris M., Nicoll A., Simms I., Wilson J., Catchpole M.
