Probable complications associated with tattoos are discussed. Variants of skin reactions to color inks (inflammatory, granulomatous, lichenoid, infections, skin tumors) are presented. A clinical case is described: a girl aged 20 years developed a lichenoid reaction to the red pigment, similar to lichen planus, six months after tattooing.

Представлены данные о возможных осложнениях, ассоциированных с татуировкой. Обсуждены различные варианты кожных реакций: островоспалительные, гранулематозные, лихеноидные, инфекционные, новообразования кожи. Описан клинический случай развития лихеноидной реакции кожи, подобной красному плоскому лишаю, на красный пигмент у девушки 20 лет через полгода с момента нанесения татуировки.
