Many locally produced regulators, for example steroid hormones, modify the intensity of skin cell proliferation. This fact suggests their involvement in the development of pathological processes in the skin. Changes in the epidermal keratinocyte production of steroid hormones in melanocytic tumors of the skin have been evaluated. These changes can be caused by development of these abnormalities. In addition, they suggest the formation of new therapeutic approaches in these diseases.</p>
В данном исследовании были определены изменения способности кератиноцитов эпидермиса к продукции стероидных гормонов при меланоцитарных новообразованиях кожи, что может быть связано с развитием данных заболеваний и способствовать формированию новых терапевтических подходов при данных заболеваниях.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>nevuses</kwd><kwd>melanoma</kwd><kwd>steroidogenesis</kwd><kwd>cytochrome P450scc</kwd><kwd>21-hydroxylase</kwd><kwd>3b-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>невусы</kwd><kwd>меланома</kwd><kwd>стероидогенез</kwd><kwd>цитохром Р450scc</kwd><kwd>21-гидроксилаза</kwd><kwd>3β-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназа</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Foitzik K., Langan E.A., Paus R.
